remainder of the listing period and

listed price is set within 2% of a
mutually agreed market value
determined on the basis of market

the purposes of this agreement, the
Seller agrees to permit sales
representatives reasonable access to
the property on a daily basis in
order to show the property to
prospective purchasers.

property must occur before the
expiration of the listing agreement.

Seller understands that this is not
a representation to purchase the

If
the Seller receives an offer at or
