Parido Homeselling team records a message on the "Talking
House" transmitter describing the inside of the home for sale. The transmitter is installed inside the home (it is about the size of a VCR). We the install signs on our "For Sale" sign indicating that this is a "Talking House" and for interested parties to tune their car radio to
1610 am. The buyer then gets the description of the home through their car radio right in front of the home. The buyer is invited through the "Talking House" ad to call our "Hotline" if they would like a detailed feature sheet E-mailed or faxed back to them.
We want to ensure that prospects have access to all of the information regarding our listings without having to talk to an Agent. Buyers and real estate agents love them because they can access detailed information on your property anytime, quickly, easily and without cost!
